For over two decades, Charlie Scanlan has been building Jump Juice into a name Irish shoppers and travellers trust for fresh, cold-pressed juices and smoothies. Drawing on a marketing background at Cadbury before taking the helm at Jump Juice Bars in 2003, Charlie has grown the business from a single idea into a multi-location retailer, later also lending his expertise as a Non-Executive Director at LEON Ireland.
We've worked alongside Jump Juice as it expanded its footprint across shopping centres and airports, helping the brand keep pace with a fast-moving retail landscape while staying true to its healthy, fresh-made roots.

BERGO set out to solve a problem that had frustrated BER assessors across Ireland for years: slow, manual, paper-heavy assessments. Founded by Cathal D'Arcy, a registered SEAI BER assessor with a construction background including over three years as a Site Engineer with John Sisk & Sons, the platform was built to change that.
We're proud to have partnered with BERGO to bring this vision to life, giving assessors offline-first mobile tools, automated calculations, and instant digital reporting in place of the outdated processes that once slowed the industry down.

Frekkel set out to solve a problem that has quietly frustrated women for years: skincare advice that's generic, trend-driven, and impossible to trust. Founded by Marah Curtin, who spent two decades in wealth management advising clients on tailored financial decisions before turning that same thinking toward skincare, the platform was built to change that.
We're proud to have partnered with Frekkel to bring this vision to life, giving users AI-powered skin analysis, personalised routines, and transparent, science-backed product guidance in place of the guesswork that once defined the category.
Backed by Rascal Ventures, reflecting strong investor confidence in its AI-driven approach

Every day, early childhood educators across Ireland juggle compliance paperwork, curriculum planning, and parent communication, often at the expense of time spent with the children they're there to teach. Founder Dr Wendy Oke saw this firsthand, and her PhD research into supporting quality and compliance in early years settings became the foundation for TeachKloud, a journey she later shared on the TEDxDublin stage.
We're proud to have partnered with TeachKloud to bring that vision to life, building a platform that gives early childhood services, childminders, and out-of-school-care providers one place to manage parent communication, regulatory compliance, and business operations, so educators can get back to what matters most.

For tax and accounting trainees, professional exams have long meant dense textbooks and one-size-fits-all lectures, a system that left little room for the judgement and real-world skill young professionals actually need. Deirdre Lyons, a former tax consultant with experience at PwC and Davy, founded Examfly to change that, building interactive, AI-powered learning designed around how professionals actually absorb and apply complex material.
We're proud to have partnered with Examfly, now rebranded as Acuru, as the platform evolved from an exam-prep tool into a full professional capability platform, supporting adaptive, career-long learning for firms and their trainees.

Content-heavy organisations are sitting on years of unstructured digital assets, files, documents, and media that are hard to search, expensive to integrate, and largely unusable for the AI systems now reshaping how businesses operate. Niamh Faller, who spent years leading digital transformation and product launches at Amazon, PayPal, and Primark, founded Druid Learning to close that gap, layering metadata onto companies' existing content so it becomes searchable, AI-ready, and far less costly to integrate.
Our team worked alongside Druid Learning as this vision took shape, helping content owners prepare for a generative AI-driven future without having to rebuild their digital infrastructure from scratch.
Selected for STADIEM through the EU Horizon Fund, one of just six companies chosen from forty applicants
Silver, Emerge Tech Startup category, National Startup Awards 2023

From identifying a real gap in how organisations manage their content to earning recognition on national and global stages, including a pitch at SXSW, it's been a privilege to support Druid Learning as it scales.
Schools across the UK have long struggled with an education staffing market that's slow, opaque, and costly, leaving budgets stretched and classrooms short-staffed. Sam Leggitt built his career solving exactly that problem, growing one of the busiest recruitment desks in the East Midlands before helping expand Aquinas Education into London and, eventually, into a merger with Zen Educate that carried the business into its next chapter.
We've supported Aquinas Education through that growth, helping schools and multi-academy trusts access supply teachers and support staff more efficiently, and with far greater transparency than the traditional recruitment model allowed.
Over £37.5 million saved for UK schools through a commitment to price transparency
Department for Education Framework Accreditation, securing Preferred Supplier and Master Vendor status
Successful merger with Zen Educate after 15 years, expanding reach into Ireland
From a single desk in Nottingham to a nationally accredited, multi-million-pound impact on school budgets, Aquinas Education's growth is a reminder that the best partners never stop pushing for a fairer deal.
Early childhood educators across Ireland were long weighed down by paper-based documentation systems that made it hard to capture a child's learning journey, stay on top of regulatory compliance, or keep parents genuinely engaged in day-to-day moments. Avril McMonagle, who helped shape Aistear, Ireland's national early childhood curriculum framework, and later authored A Suitcase Full of Stories, founded MOSAIC to bring that same child-led philosophy into a modern, cloud-based documentation system.
We've worked alongside MOSAIC as it grew from a Donegal-based idea into a professional EdTech system built around the voices of educators, children, and parents alike.
"Seeing Voices" report, a quality intervention covering 288 children and 56 educators, officially launched by Minister for Children Roderic O'Gorman TD
International CPD accreditation via ICQAW, extending MOSAIC's reach and standards beyond Ireland
Associate Partner on an EU-funded Erasmus+ project, sharing its approach with educators across five European countries
From a small Donegal team redefining early years documentation to earning recognition from a government minister and international partners alike, MOSAIC shows what happens when deep educational expertise meets thoughtful technology.
Small and medium businesses across Ireland have long faced a tough balancing act: meeting rising sustainability expectations while trying to keep costs down and stay competitive. Ronan Murphy and John Pakenham, drawing on decades of experience in retail operations, supply chain management, and business transformation, co-founded VisionGreen Consultancy in 2019 to help SMEs navigate that shift, turning sustainability from a compliance box-tick into a genuine driver of growth.
We've supported VisionGreen as it built out practical, results-focused sustainability and energy management solutions for SMEs, public sector organisations, and enterprise agencies across the country.

For nearly a century, CJ Fallon has been a name Irish teachers know and trust, one of the country's longest-established educational publishers, shaping how generations of students learned to read, write, and think. As curriculum demands grew and classrooms evolved, the challenge became clear: how do you bring that same trusted quality into the digital age without losing what made it work in the first place? Under Digital Product Manager Áine Leacy, CJ Fallon set out to answer that question with EduSmart Planner.
We partnered with CJ Fallon to build a platform that combines AI-driven tools with practical planning features, helping schools manage curricula, build academic plans, and support teachers with far less administrative load.
Significantly streamlined curriculum management for CJ Fallon's partner schools, with overwhelmingly positive educator feedback
Backed by nearly a century of trust, CJ Fallon has published for Irish schools since 1927
Associate Sponsor of the Houses of the Oireachtas Essay Competition for four consecutive years, championing critical thinking among Irish students
As Áine Leacy put it, working together made a complex process feel effortless, and for us, that's the clearest sign of a job well done.
For years, Irish schools relied on paper-heavy, manual processes to manage a task that affects every family: the annual admissions cycle. Emer O'Dwyer, who spent over a decade working directly with students and families as a Career Guidance Counsellor and teacher within the Department of Education, saw firsthand how much easier that process could be, and founded NameDown to make it happen.
We partnered with Emer to build a secure, cloud-based admissions platform that lets schools manage the entire process from one portal: receiving and evaluating applications, running a fair lottery when oversubscribed, generating waiting lists, and sending offers, all while keeping parents informed every step of the way.
Rather than chasing paperwork across spreadsheets, emails, and physical files, schools using NameDown can now handle applications, lottery draws, waiting lists, offers, and parent communication from a single secure portal, with a branded application form embedded directly on the school's own website.
With over a decade working inside Irish schools before founding NameDown, Emer brought first-hand insight into exactly where the admissions process needed fixing, and that experience shows in a platform designed around what schools actually need.
Coordinating Gaelic Games across an entire province is no small task. With more than 800 clubs spread across 12 counties and over 120 full-time coaching and development staff to support, Leinster GAA has spent well over a century building the infrastructure that keeps hurling and football thriving at every level, from grassroots clubs to elite competition.
Working alongside the GAA's Central Council and Croke Park, Leinster GAA takes on everything from coach education and games development to governance, infrastructure, and communications for the province, with a legacy stretching back to 1900.
We had the opportunity to support Leinster GAA on a project aimed at strengthening how the organisation connects with its clubs, staff, and communities across the province. This is an organisation that continues to build strong commercial partnerships too, most recently renewing its title sponsorship deal with Dioralyte for the O'Byrne, Walsh, and Kehoe Cups, with proceeds contributing to the Player Hardship Fund ahead of the 2026 pre-season.
Supporting an organisation with this kind of scale and history was a reminder that even the most established institutions are always looking for better ways to serve their communities.
Healthcare accessibility remains one of the biggest challenges for busy professionals trying to manage their own wellbeing amid demanding schedules. Odunola Oyegade brought 25+ years of pharmaceutical and healthcare expertise to this problem, having co-founded Mopheth Pharmacy in 1997 and grown it into one of Nigeria's premier pharmaceutical brands, before launching Hexia Health in 2023 to bring that same commitment to healthcare access into a technology-driven venture.
We partnered with Odunola to help bring Hexia Health's vision to life, building the foundation for a platform designed to empower patients to take control of their own wellbeing.
Africa Illustrious Award 2026, Award of Excellence and Special Recognition
From a long-standing pharmaceutical legacy to a fast-growing health-tech venture, Hexia Health has already earned continental recognition in just a few short years.
